The ZONESUN ZS-XAF16 Automatic Strong Acid Corrosive Liquid Filling Machine is designed for automated filling of compatible corrosive and chemically aggressive liquids. The machine uses PP anti-corrosion material in the filling structure and can be configured with multiple filling heads for different production requirements.
Its angled diving filling design helps reduce splashing, foaming and dripping during filling. The machine can be evaluated for compatible strong-acid, strong-base, oxidizing, detergent, disinfectant, pesticide and other industrial chemical liquids after the actual formula and wetted-material compatibility are confirmed.

Actual filling performance and material suitability depend on the liquid formulation, concentration, temperature, viscosity, foaming behavior and the chemical resistance of all wetted components. PP Anti-Corrosion Filling Structure
The filling section uses PP anti-corrosion material to improve resistance in compatible chemical-filling applications. The complete wetted path should still be checked against the actual chemical composition and concentration.
Protective Conveyor

Best-Suited Applications
The ZS-XAF16 is intended for compatible corrosive and chemically aggressive liquids where conventional stainless-steel liquid paths may not be appropriate. Potential applications include selected acidic cleaners, alkaline cleaners, disinfectants, oxidizing solutions, liquid pesticides and industrial chemicals after compatibility review.
Needs separate evaluation: solvents, flammable liquids, extremely hot liquids, highly viscous products, slurries with solids, liquids containing abrasive particles, or chemicals that are incompatible with PP or any other wetted component.
Corrosion Resistance vs Explosion Protection
Corrosion resistance and explosion protection are different requirements. PP anti-corrosion construction helps address chemical compatibility, but it does not by itself make the machine explosion-proof. If the liquid is flammable or the installation area requires hazardous-area protection, the electrical, pneumatic and safety configuration must be evaluated separately.
