ZONESUN ZS-FSMP8 Multi-Channel VFFS Liquid Sachet Packaging Machine

The ZONESUN ZS-FSMP8 is an automatic multi-channel VFFS liquid packaging machine designed for high-volume sachet and small bag packaging applications. Equipped with eight magnetic pumps and eight packaging channels, the machine integrates liquid filling, film forming, sealing and cutting into a continuous automated packaging process.

It can be configured for compatible liquid products used in food, cosmetics, personal care and chemical packaging applications.

Integrated VFFS Liquid Packaging

Unlike premade pouch packaging systems, the ZS-FSMP8 uses packaging film to automatically form individual bags during production.

The packaging process combines several operations within one system:

• Film feeding

• Bag forming

• Magnetic pump liquid filling

• Bag sealing

• Automatic cutting

This integrated VFFS process reduces intermediate product handling and supports continuous liquid sachet production.

Eight-Channel Magnetic Pump Filling

The ZS-FSMP8 is equipped with eight magnetic pumps corresponding to eight packaging channels.

The multi-channel configuration allows several sachets to be processed simultaneously, making the machine suitable for applications requiring higher packaging output.

Filling parameters can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the compatible liquid product and the required packaging specifications.

Automatic Film Forming & Bag Sealing

Packaging film is automatically fed into the machine and formed into individual bags before the filling and sealing processes are completed.

The ZS-FSMP8 supports back-seal bags with rounded corners. Bag dimensions can also be configured according to packaging requirements.

After filling, the formed bags are sealed and automatically cut to the required length to complete the packaging process.

Configurable for Different Liquid Packaging Applications

Different products require different packaging configurations depending on liquid characteristics, bag dimensions and production requirements.

The ZS-FSMP8 can be configured according to the required bag specifications and packaging application. Its liquid feeding system includes a 150 L tank and a 50 L hopper, with customization available according to production requirements.

Multi-Channel Packaging for Higher Production Capacity

Each packaging channel has a specified capacity of approximately 25–40 bags per minute under suitable operating conditions.

By combining eight packaging channels within one system, the ZS-FSMP8 is designed for manufacturers requiring higher-output liquid sachet packaging compared with conventional single-lane packaging equipment.

Actual production output depends on the packaged product, bag dimensions, film material and production settings.
