4. Lead Time & Shipping Terms
We accept major credit cards, PayPal for online purchases, and bank transfers (TT) for offline payments.
Standard lead time is 20–35 working days, depending on the model and production schedule. Estimated delivery will be provided after customization is finalized.
5. Delivery Process
Machines are fully tested; operation videos are provided for confirmation. Shipment proceeds only after customer approval.
Q: Do you provide operation guidance upon delivery?Yes. Detailed manuals and remote video guidance are provided.
6. Warranty & After-Sales Support
Yes, our standard warranty is 12 months (excluding human-caused damage), including free replacement of defective parts and technical support during the period.
