Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180G10 is a fully automatic paste filling and capping line designed for compatible viscous products. The line integrates rotary bottle unscrambling, four-head servo piston filling, automatic cap sorting and feeding, cap pressing, multi-wheel tightening and finished-bottle conveying into one continuous process.
The servo piston filling system supports 10–180 ml, 30–500 ml or 100–1000 ml filling ranges depending on the selected pump configuration, with a specified filling accuracy of ≤±1%. A 90 L stainless-steel hopper supplies product to the four filling heads, while the vibratory bowl automatically sorts and feeds compatible caps to the capping section.
