Description
This innovative machine streamlines the labeling process for tamper-evident seals on long tubes. It features an efficient feeding device that automatically positions tubes onto a roller conveyor. A starwheel ensures precise and consistent spacing between tubes. The tubes then pass through a positioning device, where pneumatic pressure heads ensure uniform alignment. Pre-dispensed labels are held by vacuum suction pads and applied to the tube caps as they reach the labeling station. A second set of pneumatic pushers secures the label ends along the tube's sides, creating a tamper-evident seal. Finally, a pusher mechanism propels the labeled tubes back onto the conveyor for efficient exit.
