Description
The ZONESUN ZS-VTYG03 is an automatic overcap placement and pressing system for large-format containers. It automates cap feeding, cap pickup, container placement and controlled pressing to reduce manual cap installation.
A vacuum mechanism picks each cap from the feeding station and positions it over the bottle opening. The cap is first pre-pressed to maintain alignment and then passes through the belt-pressing section for secure and consistent installation.
For packaging that combines press-on covers with threaded closures, an optional screw-capping module can be incorporated into the line. Machine settings can be adjusted according to the supplied bottle and cap samples.
