The ZONESUN ZS-YG100D Automatic Dual-Head Vial Crimping Machine is designed for crimping aluminum-plastic flip-off caps onto compatible vials. It combines automatic vial infeed and sorting, vibratory cap sorting and feeding, cap placement, star-wheel positioning, dual-head crimping, and finished vial collection.

Important: This is not a general screw-capping machine. Threaded caps, perfume collars, pump heads or other closure types require a different capping structure.

Potentially yes, if the vial and closure are compatible with the machine design. Final tooling should be confirmed from actual cap dimensions or samples.
Can one vibratory bowl feed several cap sizes?
Usually the cap feeder is designed around a specific cap geometry. Different cap families may require separate tracks, bowls or change parts.
Does it include an air compressor?
No. A suitable compressed-air source is required and is normally prepared separately.
