Application
The ZS-500C is designed mainly for free-flowing granular materials such as rice, beans, seeds, tea, coffee beans, nuts, dried fruit, grains, fertilizer granules, small plastic parts and similar particles.
Not recommended for fine powder: Very fine, dusty or poorly flowing powders are not suitable for this vibration-feeding weighing structure. For fine powder products, we recommend using an auger (screw) filling machine for more stable feeding and dosing.

Why Fine Powder Needs a Different Filling Method
The ZS-500C meters material through vibration feeding. Fine powders can become dusty, bridge in the hopper or flow inconsistently, which may reduce dosing stability. For fine powder filling, an auger filling machine uses a rotating screw to control powder discharge more precisely and is normally the better choice.
