The ZONESUN ZS-AFS04W Automatic 4-Head Linear Weigher Premade Pouch Packaging Machine integrates four-head weighing, automatic pouch feeding, filling, heat sealing, and finished pouch discharge into one continuous packaging process. Featuring four independent vibratory feeding channels, touchscreen control, a vacuum dust collection system, and adjustable sealing parameters, it supports accurate packaging of single or mixed dry products. With a weighing range of 2–500 g, accuracy of ±1.5%, and packaging speed of approximately 5–30 bags/min, the machine handles flat pouches, stand-up pouches, and compatible zipper pouches. It is suitable for seasoning powders, spices, dried herbs, granular seasonings, and dry ingredient mixes, with optional inkjet coding and nitrogen flushing available according to production requirements.
