Description
The ZONESUN ZS-TB716Z Automatic Top & Bottom Labeling Machine is designed to apply pressure-sensitive labels to both the upper and lower flat surfaces of compatible products in one continuous conveyor process. It is suitable for boxes, trays, cards, pouches and other rigid or sufficiently stable flat packages.
Two labeling heads work from opposite sides of the conveyor, allowing top-and-bottom labeling without manually turning the product. The machine is intended for applications where two label positions must remain aligned during continuous production.

Automatic Top & Bottom Labeling
Two labeling stations apply pressure-sensitive labels to opposite flat surfaces while the product moves through the conveyor.

The touchscreen provides centralized adjustment of labeling parameters and helps simplify setup when changing products or labels.

Adjustable Label Sensor

Needs separate evaluation: very soft pouches, unstable lightweight products, strongly curved packages, products with recessed labeling areas, tapered shapes or packages that cannot travel consistently on the conveyor.

Choose the ZS-TB716Z when one production pass must apply labels to both upper and lower surfaces. For projects requiring only one label on a single flat face, a single-head flat-surface labeler may offer a simpler and more economical setup.
