ZONESUN ZS-DM1 Automatic Syringe Denesting Machine for Prefilled Syringe Lines
The ZONESUN ZS-DM1 is an automatic syringe denesting machine designed to remove prefilled syringes from nest tubs and transfer them one by one into downstream filling and stoppering lines. It supports BD, BG, SCHOTT, SCF, and other standard formats, with custom options available for special specifications.
Built on a SUS304 stainless steel frame with SUS316L and medical-grade silicone product-contact parts, the ZS-DM1 meets stringent pharmaceutical manufacturing standards. A PLC touchscreen control system enables real-time monitoring, fault detection, and alarm management. The modular design supports both standalone operation and inline integration, with an optional Grade A laminar flow hood for higher cleanliness requirements.
