Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FS60A is an automatic filling and sealing machine for aluminum and plastic tubes, suitable for creams, ointments, gels, adhesives, and other compatible viscous products. It handles tube feeding, registration-mark orientation, piston filling, sealing, and discharge in one continuous process at 30–60 tubes/min.
Different sealing configurations can be selected to match tube material: mechanical multi-fold sealing for aluminum tubes or hot-air sealing for plastic tubes, with optional date and batch coding. PLC touchscreen control manages all parameters with production monitoring and fault alarm functions. A “no tube, no fill” detection prevents waste during line gaps. Available in 220V or 380V.
