Description
The ZONESUN ZS-JF216 Automatic Solid Product Counting & Premade Pouch Packing Machine combines a 16-channel electronic counting machine with an automatic premade pouch packing system. It is designed for applications that require a preset number of small solid pieces to be counted and then packed into premade bags.
The integrated process covers material feeding, vibration separation, electronic counting, preset-quantity discharge, bag feeding, bag opening, filling, heat sealing and finished-bag output. This makes the system suitable for projects where piece-count accuracy and premade-pouch automation are required in one production flow.

Touchscreen Control
The touchscreen provides centralized adjustment for bag feeding, filling, sealing and other packaging settings, making product and bag changeovers easier to manage.
Automatic Bag Feeding
Premade bags are picked and transferred automatically to the opening, filling and sealing stations for continuous packaging.
Counting & Filling System
The counting unit separates products through controlled vibration, counts the preset quantity and discharges the counted pieces into the opened premade pouch.
Automatic Bag Sealing
After filling, the pouch is heat sealed before being discharged from the machine. Sealing performance depends on the pouch material and selected temperature setting.
Finished Bag Outlet
Sealed pouches are discharged for collection or connection with compatible downstream equipment.
Vibratory Counting & Feeding
Controlled vibration helps separate individual pieces before they enter the counting channels. Stable feeding depends on product shape, size, surface behavior and the selected vibration settings.
Electronic Counting Machine
The counting machine works with the premade-pouch packer to create a continuous counting, filling and sealing process.
Best-Suited Products
This system is best suited to small solid pieces that can be separated by vibration and counted reliably before entering a premade pouch. It can be evaluated for confectionery, small hardware, plastic components and other countable solids when the product dimensions and feeding behavior are compatible.
Needs separate evaluation: sticky products, soft pieces that adhere together, highly transparent or reflective items, dusty materials, fine granules, powders, products with severe overlap, or items whose size and shape vary significantly.
Electronic Counting + Premade Pouch Packing
The counting section controls the number of pieces, while the pouch-packing section controls bag feeding, opening, filling and sealing. This is different from a weighing filler: if the purchasing requirement is based on grams rather than pieces, a weighing solution may be more appropriate.

It is designed for piece counting. If the target specification is based on weight, a weighing filler should be considered.

Yes, within the specified bag-size range above. Changeover and adjustment depend on the actual pouch dimensions and material.
Can it pack sticky products?
Sticky products can be difficult to separate and count consistently, so actual-sample testing is recommended.
Can it connect to coding or inspection equipment?
Yes. Coding, inspection and downstream conveying can be evaluated as part of the overall packaging line.
Is the final line speed always the same as the counting-machine speed?
No. The integrated line output depends on both the counting section and the premade-pouch packing section, as well as the product and pouch conditions.
