Description
The ZONESUN ZS-VTGTL1A is an automatic heating and stirring paste filling machine equipped with a gear pump. It features a customizable heated hopper with stirrer and servo motor control for precise, consistent filling of high-viscosity materials.
The machine uses water bath heating (or thermal oil heating for temperatures above 100°C) with a heating block at the inlet to prevent material solidification during filling. With a compact design and easy operation, it is ideal for quantitative filling of lipstick, crayon, foundation, vaseline, jam, hair wax, cooling oil, candle wax, and other heat-required paste materials.
