DESCRIPTION
The ZONESUN ZS-AFS320 is an automatic premade pouch powder filling and sealing machine designed for efficient, clean, and precise powder packaging. It operates at 15–60 pouches per minute and integrates pouch feeding, opening, filling, sealing, date coding, and product discharge into one compact system. Equipped with a vacuum cleaner, auger filler, and temperature-controlled sealing system, it ensures accurate dosing and stable pouch handling. It supports customizable pouch sizes, filling ranges, and hopper capacity, and the feeder can be configured to meet the requirements of a fully automatic production line. It is suitable for flour, protein powder, milk powder, spices, chemical powders, and other free-flowing or semi-free-flowing powders.
