DESCRIPTION
The ZONESUN ZS-CSPM6 is a fully automatic bottle case packing system designed for high-efficiency end-of-line automation. It delivers a handling capacity of 3000–4500 bottles per hour and a packing speed of 6–20 cases per minute, integrating bottle sorting, servo gripping, case erecting, loading, and outfeed conveying into a single continuous production line.
Equipped with servo-driven grippers, modular quick-change tooling, and an intelligent PLC control system, the machine ensures high stability, precise operation, and fast product changeover with minimal downtime. It is compatible with a wide range of bottle shapes and carton specifications, making it highly flexible for modern production environments.
This system is widely used in beverage, food, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, where reliable, automated, and high-speed case packing is required to improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs.

Conveyor
