Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180V16 is a fully automatic gear pump tracking filling and capping production line for compatible bottled liquid products. The line combines bottle unscrambling, synchronized tracking filling, cap placement, capping, inline weight inspection and automatic rejection in one connected production process.
The ZS-VTGF4 tracking filler uses four independently controlled gear pumps with filling nozzles that move with bottles along the conveyor. The filling range is customizable from 200–5000 ml, with a specified filling accuracy of approximately ±0.5% under suitable operating conditions. The modular line can be adapted to the actual bottle, cap, liquid and production requirements.
