Description
The ZONESUN ZS-GWF15 is an automatic weighing, tray-filling, and lid-closing machine for blueberries, cherry tomatoes, cherries, cranberries, jujubes, and other compatible small fruits. It combines fruit conveying, multi-head combination weighing, automatic tray feeding, gentle discharge, and guide-rail lid closing into one continuous automated process.
After weighing and filling, each tray passes through the guide-rail closing section where the integrated hinged lid is automatically pressed and snapped into position. A final lid-pressing system ensures the lid is fully secured before the finished tray exits the line. The ZS-GWF15 significantly reduces manual weighing and packing labor for retail fruit packaging operations.
