Description
The ZONESUN ZS-JF45 Automatic Electronic Counting Machine is designed for counting and dispensing free-flowing, individually separable solid pieces into bottles. Typical applications include hard candies, chewing gum pieces and other compatible countable solids within the confirmed size range.
A multi-stage vibrating platform separates the products before they pass through the photoelectric counting channels. After the preset quantity is reached, the machine coordinates bottle positioning and discharge for continuous bottle filling. The system is intended for piece counting rather than weighing or volumetric filling.

PLC Touchscreen Control

Photoelectric Counting System
Photoelectric sensors detect individual pieces as they pass through the counting channels. Reliable counting requires products to be sufficiently separated and consistently detectable by the sensor.
4-Stage Adjustable Vibrating Platform
Multiple vibration stages help separate and distribute the product before counting. Vibration intensity should be adjusted according to product shape, weight and surface behavior.

The ZS-JF45 is best suited to dry, free-flowing and individually countable solid pieces that can be separated by vibration and detected reliably by the photoelectric sensors. Typical projects include hard candies, chewing gum pieces and similar uniform solid items.
Needs separate evaluation: sticky gummies, soft products that deform or adhere together, transparent or highly reflective pieces, products with large size variation, long fibers, dusty materials, very small granules, powders, or products that overlap heavily during feeding.

Counting Machine vs Weighing Filler
The ZS-JF45 fills bottles by piece quantity, not by weight. If the purchasing specification is grams per bottle rather than pieces per bottle, a weighing filler may be more suitable. Fine granules and powders should not be treated as individual-count products.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can it count gummies?
Some firm, non-sticky gummies may be possible, but soft or sticky gummies can adhere together and should be tested with actual samples before machine confirmation.
Can it count very small granules?
This is a piece-counting machine, so each product must be individually separable and detectable. Very small granules are usually better handled by weighing or volumetric filling equipment.
Is 10–45 bottles/min guaranteed?
No. It is a reference range. Actual output depends on the count per bottle, product feeding behavior, bottle spacing and machine settings.
Can it fill a fixed weight such as 100 g?
Not directly. The machine controls the number of pieces. Use a weighing filler when the target specification is based on weight.
Can the machine connect to capping and labeling equipment?
Yes. Bottle dimensions, conveyor height, line speed and control coordination should be confirmed for integration into a complete packaging line.
