The ZONESUN ZS-MCS4 Dual-Color Spiral Pattern Cosmetic Cream Filling Machine is designed for decorative filling of two compatible viscous cosmetic creams or pastes. Independent material channels work with piston filling and a rotating product holder to create spiral, swirl, layered or other two-color visual effects inside suitable jars and containers.
The machine is offered with different mold configurations. The standard dual-color spiral setup is intended for two-color decorative filling, while an alternative ball-pattern / decorating mold configuration is available for projects requiring a different visual presentation. Product holders and molds should be matched to the actual container and target finished appearance.

Dual-Color Pattern Filling System

Can it fill only one color?
The machine is designed primarily for dual-color decorative filling. A one-color recipe may be technically possible in some setups, but a simpler single-color filler is usually more appropriate if decorative two-color output is not required.
Can it create the same spiral with every cosmetic formula?
No. Pattern formation depends on viscosity, temperature, color ratio, holder rotation and container geometry. Sample testing is required for a new formulation.
What is the difference between the two product variants?
One variant uses the dual-color spiral mold. The other includes additional filling heads and a ball-pattern mold for a different decorative presentation.
Can it fill low-viscosity liquids?
This model is mainly intended for creams, gels and pastes that can hold the intended decorative structure. Water-like products usually do not maintain a stable spiral pattern.
Do different jars require different holders?
Significant changes in container diameter, shape or filling position may require a different customized holder or mold.
