Description
The ZONESUN ZS-MSZH20L Automatic Mailer Box Folding and Forming Machine automatically picks, transfers, folds and forms mailer boxes, cardboard trays and similar packaging boxes. Combining servo control, PLC touchscreen operation and vacuum box picking, it achieves a production speed of 20–30 boxes/min.
The machine can accommodate different box sizes through mechanical adjustment without changing molds, reducing changeover time for multi-size production. It can operate independently or integrate with filling, labeling, coding and weighing equipment. Optional features include hot melt glue sealing and an upward-opening safety cover.
