Description
The ZONESUN ZS-TB150P2 Automatic Flat Surface Labeling Machine is designed for high-speed application of pressure-sensitive labels to the upper flat surface of compatible products such as cards, pouches, boxes, cartons, lids and other flat packages.
Continuous conveyor feeding supports efficient production, while available configurations include normal-label or transparent-label sensing and an optional date coder for printing simple production dates, expiry dates or batch information on compatible labels.

High-Speed Flat-Surface Labeling
The automatic conveyor transports products beneath the applicator so pressure-sensitive labels can be applied continuously to compatible flat upper surfaces.
Stable Label Feeding
The label web is advanced through the dispensing mechanism for repeatable presentation. Correct backing-paper tension and sensor setup are important for consistent operation.
Automatic Product Conveying
The conveyor maintains continuous product movement through the labeling station. Product guides and spacing should be adjusted to suit the package dimensions.
Optional Date Coder
The optional coder can add simple variable information such as production date, expiry date or batch number on compatible label materials. This is not the same as a full real-time print-and-apply labeling system.

Needs separate evaluation: highly flexible bags, very light products that shift during conveying, strongly curved surfaces, recessed label areas, textured surfaces or products wider than the reference working range.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can it label transparent stickers?
Yes, but the transparent-label configuration should be selected so the sensor can detect clear labels reliably.
Can it label flexible pouches?
Some pouches are suitable if they remain flat and stable during conveying. Very soft or wrinkled pouches should be tested first.
Can it print variable information?
The optional date coder can print simple date or batch information on compatible labels. For real-time barcode, QR code or database-driven printing, a print-and-apply system may be more appropriate.
Is 60–150 pcs/min guaranteed?
No. It is a reference range; actual output depends on product spacing, label size, package stability and conveyor settings.
Can it connect to other packaging equipment?
Yes. Conveyor height, product spacing and line speed should be confirmed with upstream and downstream machines.
