Description
The ZONESUN ZS-TB700D Automatic Top, Bottom & Side Labeling Machine is designed for continuous multi-surface labeling of compatible round jars, bottles and rigid containers. It integrates automatic bottle feeding, side labeling, top labeling, automatic bottle turnover and bottom labeling in one production flow.
With a reference speed of up to 60 bottles/min, the system is suitable for applications that need labels on multiple surfaces without manually turning the container between stations. Bottle handling parts, label positions and machine settings can be customized according to the actual container and label.
Working Process
Bottle Feeding → Side Labeling → Top Labeling → Automatic Turnover → Bottom Labeling → Finished Product
The turnover mechanism changes the container orientation during conveying so the bottom surface can be labeled automatically.
