The ZONESUN ZS-AFC20C is an automatic nasal spray monoblock filling and crimping machine designed for small-dose liquid packaging such as nasal sprays and oral spray products. Running at 20-30 bottles per minute, it adopts a precise peristaltic pump filling system where liquid only contacts the filling tube, ensuring hygienic pharmaceutical production. The machine integrates bottle positioning, filling, cap feeding, and crimping into one compact system, delivering stable performance and efficient spray bottle packaging.
