Small-Volume Filling
Suitable configurations are available for essential oils, serums, eye drops, reagents, e-liquids, fragrances and other free-flowing liquids.
Controlled Dosing for Small-Volume Liquids
ZONESUN peristaltic pump filling machines provide accurate dosing for essential oils, serums, eye drops, reagents, e-liquids, fragrances and other low-viscosity liquids. Choose from tabletop, multi-nozzle, automatic, and integrated filling and capping systems.
Peristaltic pump fillers move liquid by compressing flexible tubing. Because the product flows through the tubing rather than the pump mechanism, they are well suited to frequent product changeovers and controlled filling of small-volume liquids.
Suitable configurations are available for essential oils, serums, eye drops, reagents, e-liquids, fragrances and other free-flowing liquids.
Replaceable tubing helps reduce contact between the liquid and mechanical pump components, making product changeover and fluid-path maintenance more convenient.
Choose from tabletop and multi-nozzle fillers or integrated systems with bottle feeding, capping, labeling and conveyor equipment.
Machine selection depends on filling volume, liquid viscosity, required accuracy, tubing compatibility, container type and output. The pump head, tubing size and number of nozzles should be matched to the application.
| Application | Typical liquids | Suggested configuration |
|---|---|---|
| Small-batch production | Essential oil, serum, e-liquid | Tabletop single or dual nozzle |
| Multi-container filling | Reagents, cosmetic liquids | Multi-nozzle automatic filler |
| Small bottle packaging | Eye drops, fragrances, samples | Filling and capping monoblock |
| Integrated production | Vials, dropper and spray bottles | Filling, capping and labeling line |
Rollers compress flexible tubing to move a measured amount of liquid toward the filling nozzle. The product remains within the tubing throughout the fluid path.
These machines are generally suited to free-flowing, low-viscosity liquids such as essential oils, serums, fragrances, reagents, e-liquids and selected pharmaceutical or cosmetic liquids.
Some flowable medium-viscosity liquids may be suitable, depending on the tubing, pump head and required speed. Very thick pastes or products containing particles are generally better handled by a piston or rotary lobe pump filler.
The liquid flows inside the tubing and does not directly contact the pump rollers or housing. Tubing and other product-contact components must still be selected and maintained appropriately.
Yes. Automatic peristaltic fillers can be combined with bottle feeding, cap placement, capping, labeling and conveyor systems for an integrated packaging process.
