Description
The ZONESUN ZS-AFK500 is an automatic vacuum and nitrogen-flushing capping machine designed for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Running at 5–12 cans per minute, it performs vacuum extraction, nitrogen flushing, and precise capping in one continuous process. Built with SUS304 stainless steel and a heavy-duty vacuum chamber, it ensures low residual oxygen levels, extending product shelf life and maintaining quality. Applications include packaging milk powder, nuts, dried fruits, meat floss, and other oxidation-sensitive products. It is suitable for round tin cans, aluminum cans, plastic cans, and paper cans.
