Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180V16 is a fully automatic gear pump tracking filling and capping production line designed for compatible liquid products in bottles. Its ZS-VTGF4 filling module uses four independently controlled gear pumps and nozzles that follow bottles as they move along the conveyor, allowing dynamic filling without repeatedly stopping bottle movement.
The 200–5000mL customizable filling range delivers approximately ±0.5% filling accuracy under suitable operating conditions. Automatic bottle unscrambling, cap placement, capping, weight inspection, and defect rejection complete the packaging process in one continuous automated line. The modular 5-machine configuration can be adapted according to the customer’s bottles, caps, filling material, and production requirements.
