Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180V18 Automatic Kaya Jam & Sauce Glass Jar Packaging Line integrates jar rinsing, high-temperature drying, servo piston filling, steam vacuum twist-off capping, cap sealing and labeling into one continuous process for compatible viscous food products.
The filling section uses 6 servo piston filling heads with SUS316 product-contact components. The standard filling range is 100–1000ml, while the steam-vacuum capping section is intended for compatible twist-off glass jars and lids.

Water & Air Jar Rinsing
Internal rinsing nozzles work with jar gripping and inversion to prepare compatible glass jars before filling.
High-Temperature Drying Tunnel
Hot-air circulation removes residual moisture after rinsing before jars enter the filling section.
6-Head Servo Piston Filling
The filling section is designed for compatible viscous foods such as kaya jam, fruit jam, sauces and pastes. Nozzle quantity and configuration can be evaluated for the project.
Steam Vacuum Twist-Off Capping
The capping process uses steam-vacuum treatment with compatible twist-off closures, followed by differential-belt sealing.
Star-Wheel Labeling
Star-wheel positioning helps maintain jar spacing and stability through the self-adhesive labeling station.
