Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FK4D Semi-Automatic Cup Sealing Machine integrates pre-cut lid suction, automatic lid placement, cup positioning, and heat pressing into an efficient sealing process. Designed for round cups, bowls, and similar containers, the machine is suitable for packaging milk tea, juice, yogurt, sauces, and other compatible products. With a production capacity of 500–800 cups/hour, the machine uses a vacuum suction system to pick up and position pre-cut sealing lids before applying heat and pressure to seal the cup rims. The PLC control system and touchscreen interface allow operators to adjust sealing temperature and other parameters according to different packaging materials. Its customizable and interchangeable cup holder supports different container sizes and shapes, providing flexible sealing options for various packaging applications.
