The ZONESUN ZS-GW150D is a fully automated bagging system designed for high-speed packaging of granular, flake, lump, and bar-shaped solid materials. Integrating a Z-type elevator, multihead weigher, and horizontal form-fill-seal machine, it ensures precise dosing and efficient bagging at speeds of 20–60 bags per minute. The system features vacuum suction for bag opening, vibration-assisted filling to prevent clogging, and servo-driven heat sealing for consistent output. Ideal for food, chemical, and hardware industries, it supports multiple bag formats including 3-sided, 4-sided, pillow, and stand-up bags.
