Description
The ZONESUN ZS-HFQ2 is an automatic linear thermoforming blister packaging machine for compatible PVC/PET blister and paper-card packs. It combines sheet forming, a product-loading stage, heat sealing and punching in one production sequence. Custom molds shape the blister cavities to fit the packaged products.
A Siemens touchscreen and servo-driven movement support parameter adjustment and coordinated operation. The listed punching speed is 15 cycles per minute, with a forming area of 330 × 210 mm and a standard forming depth up to 40 mm. Product loading can be manual or configured for automation, making the system suitable for retail hardware, stationery, accessories and other compatible solid products.

Does it form blisters or only seal pre-made ones?
The ZS-HFQ2 integrates PVC/PET sheet thermoforming with card sealing and punching.
Are products loaded automatically?
Loading can be manual or automatic depending on the project configuration. Automatic product feeding should be specified for the actual product.
Does 15 cycles per minute mean 15 packs per minute?
The specification lists 15 punching cycles per minute. Finished-pack quantity depends on the number of packs in each tooling layout and the loading process.
Can it produce Alu-Alu packs or fill liquids and sauces?
The listed specifications establish PVC/PET thermoforming and paper-card packaging. Cold-form aluminum packaging or liquid dispensing requires separate tooling, feeding and sealing assessment and should not be assumed to be included.
What forming depths are available?
