Description
The ZONESUN ZS-HFQ2 is a fully automatic linear blister packaging machine that integrates thermoforming, product loading (manual or automatic), heat sealing with paper cards, and punching output into one continuous process. It uses precision molds to form PVC/PET blisters and seals them with backing cards at up to 15 cycles per minute.
Driven by servo motors and equipped with Siemens touchscreen control, it delivers high-efficiency, professional blister packaging with excellent transparency and strong sealing. It supports Alu-PVC, Alu-Alu, Card-PVC, and Shaped Packaging formats — ideal for small to medium products requiring attractive, protective retail packaging.
