The ZONESUN ZS-LP250S Automatic Plastic Bottle Unscrambler with Robot Arm is designed for various plastic bottle shapes-including round, square, flat, conical, and irregular types, excluding glass-using suction gripping and fiber-optic detection to ensure precise orientation and safe handling. Equipped with a bottle loading hopper, infeeding conveyor, and touchscreen PLC control, it automates bottle feeding to improve efficiency, reduce labor, and maintain stable continuous production, making it ideal for beverage, cosmetics, and daily chemical packaging lines.
