The ZONESUN ZS-QZD9040 is a fully automatic sleeve shrink wrapping and sealing machine designed for efficient film wrapping and sealing of a wide range of products, boxes, bundles, and consumer goods. The machine automatically wraps PE film around the product, heat-seals the film edges, and outputs finished wrapped packages ready for downstream shrink tunnel processing.
The ZS-QZD9040 accommodates package sizes from 120×120×100mm up to 750×330×350mm and operates at 2–8 packs/min. Compatible with PE film from 0.03 to 0.25mm thickness and a 370mm sealing knife width. With a pusher load capacity of 20kg (customizable) and compact 1100×1100mm footprint, it suits a range of production and packaging environments.
