Description
The ZONESUN ZS-RPGT900 / ZS-RPGT1800 Rotor Pump Paste Filling Machine is designed for semi-automatic filling of viscous liquids, smooth pastes and compatible products containing small soft particles. The rotor pump provides continuous product transfer and is well suited to materials such as honey, jam, ketchup, tomato paste, sauces, creams, gels and similar high-viscosity products.
The machine supports inching, foot-pedal and automatic working modes. A large product inlet and anti-drip filling valve help handle thicker materials more effectively than small liquid pumps.

Simple Controls and Large Product Inlet

Best-Suited Products
This machine is best suited to high-viscosity liquids and pastes such as honey, jam, ketchup, tomato paste, mayonnaise, sauces, cream, gel and similar products. Compatible soft particles can pass through the pump when they remain within the confirmed size range for the selected model.
Needs separate evaluation: hard particles, bones, seeds with sharp edges, long fibers, highly abrasive products, crystallizing materials, very hot products, or chemicals requiring special wetted-part materials.
Rotor Pump vs Piston Filling
Rotor pump filling provides continuous material transfer and is useful for thick products that need a relatively large product path, including some products with small soft particles. Piston filling meters a defined cylinder volume each cycle and can be a better choice when highly repeatable volumetric dosing is the main requirement. The best method depends on viscosity, particle content, fill volume and required speed.
How to Choose Between ZS-RPGT900 and ZS-RPGT1800
Choose the ZS-RPGT900 when the required fill volume is within 5–5000 ml and particles are relatively small. Choose the ZS-RPGT1800 when you need a larger product path, larger particle allowance or filling volumes up to 10000 ml. The actual material should still be tested before confirming the final configuration.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can it fill products with particles?
Yes, compatible soft particles can pass through the rotor pump. The reference limit is below 8 mm for ZS-RPGT900 and below 15 mm for ZS-RPGT1800, but actual products should be tested because shape and hardness also matter.
Can it fill honey or jam?
Yes. Honey, jam and similar viscous foods are typical applications when the viscosity and particle content match the pump configuration.
Is ±1% accuracy guaranteed for every product?
No. It is a reference value under suitable conditions. Product viscosity, temperature, target volume and particle content can change the final result.
Can the machine handle water-like liquid?
It may be able to fill lower-viscosity liquids, but this machine is mainly positioned for viscous products. For thin, particle-free liquids, a magnetic, peristaltic or other liquid pump may be a better fit.
Does it require compressed air?
The rotor pump is electrically driven, but the anti-drip filling valve uses compressed air. The listed air consumption is below 0.1 m³/min for the valve.
