The ZONESUN ZS-SXM3 Mini Belt-Type CCD Optical Color Sorter is designed for optical sorting of compatible grains, seeds, coffee beans, nuts, dried agricultural products, plastics, minerals and other free-flowing materials. A high-resolution CCD imaging system and LED illumination inspect material on the conveyor, while the pneumatic rejection system removes detected off-color or visibly defective pieces according to the configured sorting criteria.
The belt-conveyor structure provides controlled material transport and can be useful for products that are fragile, irregularly shaped or less suitable for conventional gravity-chute handling. Actual sorting performance should be confirmed with the customer's material because color contrast, defect size, product overlap, feed uniformity and surface condition directly affect optical recognition and rejection.
