Description
The ZONESUN ZS-SXM3 is a mini belt type CCD color sorter designed for high-precision optical sorting of grains, seeds, coffee beans, nuts, dried vegetables, herbs, plastics, minerals, and other compatible materials. Equipped with a high-resolution CCD camera, LED illumination, AI image processing, and a high-speed pneumatic rejection system, the machine identifies differences in color, spots, impurities, and visible shape defects, automatically removing defective or unwanted materials from the product stream.
Unlike conventional chute-type sorting systems, the belt conveying structure provides stable material transport and is particularly suitable for fragile, irregularly shaped, sticky, or relatively heavy products. With a processing capacity of 100–200 kg/hour and sorting accuracy of ≥99.9%, the ZS-SXM3 provides a compact optical sorting solution for small- to medium-scale food, agricultural, and industrial material processing.
