Description
The ZONESUN ZS-VTXG3 is a high-performance dual-head tracking capping machine specially designed for pump heads, spray caps, and similar special closures. With two independent synchronized capping heads, it achieves 45–50 bottles per minute.
It features elevator + vibratory bowl cap feeding, precise dip tube orientation, and pneumatic gripping for accurate and gentle capping. Ideal for lotion, serum, disinfectant, and other liquid packaging lines requiring reliable pump head application.

Secures caps stably via a pneumatic chuck to prevent misalignment, supporting flexible configurations of separate pressing/capping heads or dual capping heads.
LID DELIVERY DEVICE
Transfers caps precisely to the capping head via a pneumatic sliding mechanism, utilizing integrated sensors to ensure accurate, jam-free cap positioning.
