Description

The ZONESUN ZS-WB48 is an automatic multi-head rotary air rinsing machine designed for high-speed cleaning of glass vials and bottles. It operates at a capacity of 12,000–13,000 bottles per hour, using high-pressure air nozzles to efficiently clean both the interior and exterior of each container.

The machine features a timing screw infeed system, bottle detection photoeye, and a rotary rinsing assembly to ensure smooth bottle handling and precise synchronization throughout the rinsing process. With support for customizable bottle sizes, quick-change star wheels and guide plates, it allows fast changeovers and flexible production.

A user-friendly control panel ensures easy operation and reliable continuous performance, making it an ideal solution for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, beverage, and chemical packaging lines.
