With a productivity of 0.8 seconds per cycle (up to 1800 straps per hour), it streamlines feeding, binding, tightening, and cutting in one process. Controlled by a PLC program with a high-definition touchscreen, it allows easy parameter adjustments and stable operation. The vibration bowl feeder ensures continuous tie supply without manual input, while the binding and cutting unit guarantees neat, consistent results. Compact yet powerful, it is widely used in new energy vehicles, charging equipment, aerospace, medical devices, electronics, and home appliances.
