The ZONESUN ZS-ZJL1 is a fully automatic facial tissue production line engineered for high-speed, low-labor manufacturing. It integrates a folding machine, single-pack sealing unit, and multi-pack machine into one streamlined system. Featuring vacuum suction, intelligent feeding, and non-stepping speed adjustment, it ensures smooth operation and consistent output. With stable speeds of up to 100 packages/min and precise control over folding and sealing, this line is ideal for producing four-fold tissues for consumer and commercial use. Its robust design and automation capabilities significantly reduce production costs while maximizing efficiency.
