Automatic Carton-Sealing Process
The line erects cartons, applies bottom tape, transports the loaded cartons, seals the top, squares the carton, and applies edge tape for an H-type finish.
Carton Erecting and Bottom Taping
The carton erector uses touchscreen PLC control, automatic feeding, suction-cup forming, and bottom taping to prepare cartons for packing.
Automatic Folding and Top/Bottom Taping
The first carton sealer automatically folds the flaps and applies tape to the top and bottom of the carton.
Automatic Cornering and Edge Taping
The second carton sealer turns the carton and applies tape along the remaining edges to complete the H-type seal.
